LAND3 Studio, in conjunction with Cannon Design, was retained to provide Landscape Architecture services for the new University of Kansas Hospital Tower in Kansas City, Kansas.

LAND3’s scope included the programming and design of public and private terraces, streetscape, stormwater BMP’s, irrigation and planting. Natural stone, concrete and a native-inspired plant palette became key features of the final design.

LAND3 Studio also provided design for two green roof terraces; one on the 4th floor of the tower and the second on the service dock, level with the adjacent Cambridge streetscape.

The project was completed in Fall of 2017.
