Working with Hufft and the Developer Matt O’Reilly, LAND3 provided Planning, Site Development, Planting, and Irrigation design for the sustainably focused mixed-use project in Springfield, Missouri. Integrating office, retail, and residential uses into a sustainable framework creates a dynamic urban environment that centers on the primary farmers market in the Springfield, Missouri region. LAND3 shaped a Low-Impact Development (LID) framework that integrates water quality & re-use, recycling of materials, system efficiencies and universal access into the built environment.
