In 2017 LAND3 Studio began design work on a new 23-floor hotel located at the corner of 16th and Wyandotte Streets, adjacent to the H.Roe Bartle Convention Center in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Working closely with Cooper Carry, the lead Architect.

LAND3’s scope of work included the primary entry plaza, a rooftop amenity terrace and all streetscape/landscape improvements.

The project opened in 2020.
